FIELD STAR Company has implemented and developed an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (IMMS) in accordance with the SR EN ISO 9001:2015 and SR EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Through this written and signed declaration, the FIELD STAR administrator defines and records the policy and strategy adopted in the field of quality and environmental management, by:
• ensuring and guaranteeing the provision of products and services in accordance with the established quality requirements and levels, with the impact it may have on the environment, with the requirements of applicable standards and the clauses of contracts concluded with customers;
• developing confidence, both among employees and customers, that actions are taken and measures are taken to achieve the objectives of quality and environmental management;
• involving management in compliance with legal requirements and other applicable requirements, in close connection with the IMMS requirements, supporting them with all necessary material, financial and human resources;
• involvement of management and staff in the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the SMCM and its performance;
• efficiency of resource consumption in order to reduce the impact on the environment and prevent pollution;
• involvement of management in the documentation, adequate maintenance of this policy, updating, communication and accessibility of all staff to it.
The guiding principles are the continuous improvement of the quality level of services that confirms/gains the trust of our customers and maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction in full compliance with the regulated environmental requirements
