The measures are regularly checked and adapted to mitigate operational risks and protect personal data, following the best practices in the field. All our partners, employees, consultants, medical and technical staff, operators, and authorized persons (i.e., those who process your personal data on our behalf for the purposes listed above) who have access to data are required to comply with the confidentiality of this personal data and ensure at least the same level of protection as provided by our company.
FIELDSTAR processes your personal data for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purposes listed above.
If you are a customer, we process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter according to FIELDSTAR’s internal policies for the duration necessary to fulfill FIELDSTAR’s legal obligations (e.g., for financial-accounting documents, the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year).
If you are a customer and exercise your right to delete your user account, using the deletion functionality, FIELDSTAR will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe and delete the data associated with your account, except for data associated with a legal obligation of ours. If you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you commercial information by email/SMS. Deleting the account is not an automatic process and requires human validation. Also, if you wish to delete your account when there is at least one active order on this account, the account deletion request can only be recorded after the services are delivered and the latest order is completed.
If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, FIELDSTAR will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by FIELDSTAR based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
If you are a contact person of FIELDSTAR’s Partners or potential Partners, your personal data will be processed for the duration necessary for concluding/executing the contract and thereafter according to internal policies and legal obligations—e.g., those related to archiving.
