The partial division (separation in the interest of the associates) of the company FIELD STAR SRL was approved in principle by separating part of its assets and transferring it to a newly established company as a result of the division, FIELDSTAR FULFILLMENT SERVICES. S.R.L., as well as the preparation, in accordance with the provisions of art. 241 of the Companies Law, of this Partial Division Project and its publication.
